    I made this for a my family last night...They LOVED it!! My hubby said it was his favorite yet! My 3 picky children would have never ate this knowing what was on it. Rachael never ceases to amaze me.

    This turned out perfectly. And, easy to substitute ingredients to your liking, if these tastes don't appeal to you. They appeal very much to me and this is the only reason I can see for even SELLING that giardineira stuff! Yum, Rach. Thanks!
