All right, I don't know about the nutricious part, but this stuffing is extremely tasty. I made it today for THXG and I have to say I've made other stuffings before included my grandma's famous stuffing. This however, is the best! I love the apples, where usually I don't mix fruit with not fruity dishes, but the apples really add a unique flavor. It works! Try it, you won't be sorry! I added a little cream to my chicken bullion. YUMM-O-LICIOUS!

    Thanks Rachael

I have never liked stuffing..to me it was just glorified bread, dry and too filling. Thanks to the tips of others before me suggesting holding back on the amt. of poultry seasoning and broth, good advice. You can always add more, but you can't take it out. I needed way less seasoning and broth than called for. All other ingredients you can add more or less to your taste. I too added chopped craisins and carrot (for color interest, and I used soy margarine and EVOO b/c my granddaughter has milk allergies--no butter allowed. If she didn't also have a peanut allergy, I'd have added a few chopped walnuts as well. Very moist and tasty stuffing for a change!

We made these for a past Thanksgiving and - sorry - we didn't like the taste or texture. We had to throw them out then and there. I quickly made some sausage stuffing to save the day.

I loved the flavor of this recipe and will definitely try it again. My only complaint (and it's probably my fault was that they didn't hold their muffin shape but fell apart. I think this year I'll try packing them in tighter in the muffin tins and see if that works. Love the idea of having crispiness for everybody :

I made this stuffing recipe last Thanksgiving and my family kept saying how delicious it was!!! You can't stop eating it!! This year everyone called me to make sure that I was using the same recipe again. An added bonus to everyone's smiles of content after dinner is that this recipe IS VERY EASY TO PREPARE!! Thank you Rachel!!

This recipe was sooo easy and tasted wonderful! I rolled the stuffing and patted it in my hands, sort of like a meatball and I think that helped mine stay together as little muffin shapes. Make sure you butter your muffin tins liberally and take them out carefully, this way you should have no problem getting them to stay muffin-shaped.

Stuffin Muffins are easy, filled with flavor and you create perfect portions for those watching their weight. I could eat them on weight watchers and be perfectly satisfied. Good job Rachael!

This was an easy recipe to follow. I didnot have any of the trouble anyone else did. The muffins turned out great and looked fabulous. Everyone liked them. Will make them again this year.
