I loved this recipe, but better yet, so did my guests. I made these for Thanksgiving this year. There were only 4 of us but I still had NO LEFTOVERS! With all the other food I was really surprised. I am not a stuffing person, but I LOVED these. In fact I've made them several times since.

This recipe was the one to have at Thanksgiving with my family. Everyone really wasn't sure when they saw me put apples in, but after they tasted some they when singing a different tune! This will be expected every year! Okay by me!

    Thank you for the recipe!!

Love these stuffin'muffins! My mom used to make then this way, but without the apples. LOVE the addition of the apples and now, finally, I can make stuffing! Favorite of the kids as well.

I loved this stuffing, though I didn't make them into muffins. Adding cranberries makes the dish so colorful and pretty! You have to try this! It will become your favorite too!

I have made this recipe twice for Thanksgiving and Christmas this year. However, whoever writes the recipe for the site needs to have someone re-read it before posting. I have the Rachael Ray's Holiday dvd set that has this episode on it. On the show Rachael puts 1 stick of butter in the pan with the olive oil. While the recipe online calls for 1 stick of butter in the ingredients area, in the written instructions it says to only use 4 tbs with the olive oil. This is one of the main problems I have with this site. The instructions don't match what is done on this show or some of the other shows.
That being said this is one of my favorite stuffing recipes. For Christmas I just put it in a pan rather than doing the muffin pan. It works both ways really well.

I'm not big on stuffing, but needed an easy recipe for a crowd at Thanksgiving. It was such a hit that my family wants it again for Christmas.

This recipe is now one of my signature dishes. The taste is fabulous and cooking it in muffin tins seems to excite everyone. They travel and store well and are easy enough for a beginner cook.

I made these for the first in-law christmas dinner - they were a hit...But, i did as other readers did - skipped the muffin part and put them in a bowl - excellent recipe and easy.

I found the poultry seasoning to be a little strong in the recipe. I'll cut back on it next time, other than that great flavors..Yum-o as The Rach says!
