I made these muffins for Thanksgiving and they were the hit of the party. Everyone loved them. They were very easy to make and took no time at all.

The food tasted great! But a few words of advice, if you are going to double the recipe, cook it in two separate batches. Also if the stuffing cubes are too wet then it doesn't get very crunchy...or that could have been my oven.

This recipe was awesome! I was a little skeptical after reading the reviews but with the addition of 2 eggs (I only made half a recipe they stayed together perfectly!

Absolutely fabulous, but adding sausage takes it to a higher level. Will make again again and again.

This stuffing recipe was a nice change for us from the sage and a giblet recipe we usually make. It had all the ingredients I like -- onions, celery, bread cubes, BUTTER. Then the apples! Yummy! And the idea of putting single servings into muffin pans? GREAT IDEA! Then no fighting over the crispy parts because everyone gets cripsy stuff on their individual portion! Will definitely make this one again!

Rachel Ray has created a stuffing recipe that i will continue to use for many thanksgivings to come. These muffins were fantastic, so good in fact, I am still eating them two days after thanksgiving. I used plain cornbread instead of classic stuffing and I used fresh herbs in place of ground poultry seasoning, it makes a difference. The cornbread and apples are a tasty combo!

This is the second year and a row I made this and the second time people were pleased. This is a must stuffing.

Not only is this recipe full of flavor from the apples and the poltry seasoning, it is incredably adorable! Each muffin was the perfect serving size. We enjoyed this original take on thanksgiving stuffing.
