These turned out wonderfully. They were moist, held together, crispy on the outside, delicious flavor. My husband had an urge for stuffing the same day I saw the show. He was pleased I made them just for him. Great idea on serving in muffin tins. Served to party of 8 easily. Everyone loved them.

The apple taste just wasn't what I was looking for in this dressing. Maybe I will try it again using a different type of apple. The moisture level was excellent.

These are so original and unexpected... but so delicious! I made them last year and I can't wait to make them again!

I just made these tonight and this was the best stuffing I have ever had and the easiest. My husband, pickiest eater alive, even ate them. Thanks Rachel.

I made these muffins three times over last Thanksgiving time for different events and everyone loved them. I used a different type of store bought stuffing mix to start with and added some different things and everything turned out great. Like Rachael often says it's more of a technique than an exact recipe!

We tried this recipe for the first time last year and loved it! We'll be making it again this year and will also bring a double batch over to an event that we'll be attending. What a terrific idea having stuffing in the perfect muffin form and serving size!
This will be on my menu year after year!
