Great stuffing, but I over baked it a little and it came out dry.

Not very good or very bad. Too strong- I was thinking it seemed like a lot of poultry seasoning but I followed the recipe as it read. Rachael doesn't use measuring utensils so I think maybe the recipe lists a little too much on the seasonings.

My daughter and I made them for Thanksgiving and everyone loved them. Now friends and family are making them for Christmas dinner. I am too and, now, they will be a tradition in our family. Thanks Rachel!

Best Stuffing I've ever had, but had the most difficult time getting it to bake up in the muffin pan. After 45 minutes in the oven the muffins colapsed into the origingal stuffing peices. In the future I'd add an egg to bind everything together. The combination of Apple and Roast Spices was great!

They looked a bit strange for Thanksgiving, but were loved by all.

I did not use her recipe, i used my own however I loved the concept of putting the stuffin in muffin pans. I displayed them on a beautiful serving tray and it was appreciated by all. I never would have thouhgt to do this on my own. I will serve them again on Christmas. Thank Rachel. I love watching your show.

I enjoyed this one on Thanksgiving. The apples made the dish a little tangier than I would normally prefer, but overall it was very good.
