I'm not very good in the kitchen. But this recipe makes me look really good. Every year I have to make it and people simple love this stuffin.
Marry Christmas to all and God bless this year that is about to start.

The only reason I gave this 4 stars because I put the stuffing the muffin tin, but it didn't hold its shape when I tried to take it out. The stuffing all fell apart so I just put everything in a platter. But it was really good, I liked the sweetness of the apples in there.

My family would have given this 5 stars, but I give it 4. I really liked it a lot, but I thought the recipe itself more onion to balance the apples (I really like onion though.

It was easy to make. I did all my prep-work the night before (except for the apples and it came together very quickly. I made it in a baking dish, not as muffins.

Best stuffing recipe ever! I wasn't sure about so much apple but it comes together perfectly and just enhances the flavor. I did this for Thanksgiving in a baking dish instead of in a muffin tin and baked it for about 35 mins. I also didn't have poultry seasoning so just added fresh sage, parsley and thyme. I also used my own torn and toasted bread instead of the stuffing mix. It was delicious! Never, ever doing the packet mix again!

My husband's family said that it was the best stuffing they've ever had! I didn't make the muffins but put in a casserole dish. I doubled the amount of celery and onions and added diced carrots. I also added a pound of crumbled sausage, 1 handful of chopped walnuts and craisins. I added a lot of broth (homemade from the turkey giblets to make sure it was very moist and baked about 1/2 hour.

I made this stuffing for Thanksgiving and it was delicious. I made it the day before and warmed it up before service. I took the advice of another reviewer and rather than make them as muffins, I made it in a pan and when it was done, I sectioned it into squares. It made a lovely presentation and was easy to serve. Thank you Rachael Ray!

Delicious. I did not make these as muffins but rather in a casserole dish. So it remained very moist.

My mom always made her own stuffin' muffins for Thanksgiving, and these were so close to her magical muffins! My only complaint was similar to others' - the muffins did tend to fall apart; I will try adding a beaten egg next time. Thank you, Rachael, for helping me recreate one of my mom's signature recipes.

I've been making these every Thanksgiving after Rachel first aired the recipe back in 2006. Love the individual servings with crispy tops! For those saying they fell apart, I noticed my recipe (copied from Nov 2006 show calls for adding a beaten egg to the cooled stuffing and then scooping into the muffin tins.
