I used my own recipe for stuffing, this is a good idea to use muffin tin!

I thought the taste of the muffins were great but they feel apart. I think I might need to leave them in longer next time. Overall the taste was great!

Loved this stuffing! We put it into a casserole instead of the muffin tins as it was easier. Added more apples then were called for because we love apples! It was flavorful and sooo moist!

Love the apples in the stuffing. Next time I'll use just a little less seasoning.

This was myt first time ever making Thanksgiving dinner. I tried your recipe and it turned out great. Instead of tin muffin container I used the sillicon muffin container. This was easy to pop out the stuffings! It tasted great and I got many compliments! Thanks so much!

This was the second Rachel Ray recipe I've tried, and both were disappointing. The stuffing was way too strong with bay and other savory seasonings. The dry stuffing I bought was already seasoned---maybe that was the problem? I recommend that you hold off on adding the bay and the poultry seasoning and just add it to taste to avoid overpowering the dish. When the apples, celery and onion were cooking, it smelled divine, so I think this is a good recipe if you are careful not to over season.

The preparation was easy and the results were delicious! I substituded vegetable stock for the chicken stock. The muffins were crisp on the outside and moist on the inside. The vegetarians in our family loved them!
