I loved the idea of the muffin tins. I added garlic, mushrooms and a 1lb of sweet sausage. It was a huge hit.

Rachel Ray, you did it again!! You are awesome and fun, fun, fun to watch. I made this side dish last Thanksgiving for dinner with some chef friends of ours--everyone loved them; and the kids all ate more than one each. No leftovers!!

I was a little worried about apples in my stuffing, but it was so good! One of the best recipes I've found.

I made these stuffin muffins last year w/ Rachel's herb roasted turkey breast.
Everyone loved the muffin idea instead of a pan of stuffing. Each person gets their own individual muffin. This year, I will make my traditional sausage stuffing, but still use the muffin tins! Great idea and a bit different!

These muffins are delicious. I saw Rachael Ray make the muffins and I had to try them. I made them that night and my family gobbled them down as soon as they hit the table. Thanks Rachael for providing recipes for quick and easy meals that can be prepared in 30 minutes or less.
