I have made these for Thanksgiving and for Christmas and now I am asked to make them just for an everyday side item. Everyone loves them. For a bit of a southern twist, substitute a cornbread style stuffing.

I made these for the 2004 Thanksgiving and Christmas and both times they were a tremendous success. I've never really liked stuffing because often it is wet and mushy. These muffins make sure that everyone gets a serving and they are not wet. I have permanently added this recipe to my cookbook for the holidays. thank you Rachel Ray.

We have prepared these twice and am preparing them again this weekend. They are everthing Racheal says. They are tasty with crispy pieces outside.I love the fact that you can change serving size with a change in muffin tin or an ice cream scoop. Great idea-great recipe. Thanks so much,

This recipes is as close to my family recipe as I have ever seen. One thing we do differently is add an egg to the mixture before baking (holds the stuffin together!! Will definitely make again and again.
