    these are SOO great and will be a staple on my thanksgiving table from now on. don't try to add any other apple but the macintosh--they were meant for this recipe! there was an error in the recipe--use an entire stick of butter, not 4 tablespoons. if you use less, you'll need more stock and they won't be as tasty and crispy on top.

    This is the first time I made stuffing from scratch and it was wonderful!! It was a lot easier to make than I expected. Wonderful compliment to Thanksgiving dinner!

    Didn't hold the muffin shape, tasted all right when served though. Didn't hold up so well as leftovers.

    This was a great recipe that everyone liked. I had some extra persimmons and almonds that I added to the recipe too. This crispiness on top and the sweetness of the stuffing is what I liked the best!

    The muffins are easy to prepare and cook in the time it takes the turkey to cool. Everyone gets a premeasured portion and they are delicious alone or with the holiday meal. The taste is not too strong and the apples are a delight to the palate.

    I love the idea of stffin' muffins. Though I had to tweak the recipe, the sizes are perfectly portioned. This is a keeper.
