Love the sweet apple with the onion flavor. Very easy to prepare and what a cool way to serve this dish.

I just pulled a pan of this out of my oven! You should smell my house right now. I used a 9X13 pan instead of muffins. Also, dont chop the apples too large, I wish mine would of been chopped a tad smaller.

I just made the stuffing for tomorrow's Thanksgiving. It is delicious, even though I have not cooked it in the muffin cups yet. Very, very tasty... I peeled the skin off my apples as they were pretty tough...
Thanks Rachael...I love your shows and never miss them....

Everyone love it because they didn't think that the onions and apples would work together.

These were very easy to make, great flavor and what a cute twist on the standard, serving a "stuffin muffin".

Such a clever idea!! I made these to practice for Thanksgiving - they were perfect and took no time to make!

I absolutely loved this recipe.. what a clever idea to make single servings, and use for leftovers. We normally do not like stuffing because it's too mushy-- but this was fabulous!! We'll definetely use this for more than Thanksgiving!

Now that we no longer put the stuffing in the turkey this is an excellent way to prepare it and and even more convient use as leftovers. Haven't been this excited over a new idea for decades.

A friend of mine made this entire "60 mn. meal" for a group of friends the other night and it was fantastic! Everyone loved the stuffing, I highly recommend it!
