I LOVE this this recipe!!!! I've made it for years but over the years I've added new things. Things like pecans and dried cranberries. With VERY finicky eaters in the family, this recipe is the first to go on our holiday table. Thank you Miss Rachael. What would we without you?

OMG! I made these last year. They are phenomenal! Super easy and so yummy! They honestly sounded kinda gross to me at first (apple and onions together?...really? but I LOVED them. I really like that you get a little crispiness with every muffin. Try them!!!!

I have made a version of this recipe for years and my family loves it!!! It is great the next day cold, if there are any left... One version I add is when softing the veggies, I add ground turkey or chicken. It adds extra protein, and turns the Stuffin' Muffens into a great lunch.

I have made this recipe since seeing it on FN a few years ago. It makes a lot of stuffing though. This year I had 36 muffins, but I remember having 24 in years past. I omit the butter in my recipe as I was trying to keep it light. I don't think it needs an entire stick if we aren't using any!

I had never made stuffing before this recipe unless it came from a box. Now I make it all the time. I don't always make it with the apples in it because of my husband but the recipe is just as good without it. I also have to chopped the veggies up to sneak them in on him but the taste is still out of this world.

I've been making these for a few years now. When my fiance suggested we try them I thought he was nuts because I didnt know how the apples and onions would taste together. Boy was I wrong! We love them! So full of flavor not too dry or moist just right

I have made these muffins for a few yrs. now. I put 1/2 in paper muffin cups because some of the kids don't like onion. This way they pick the ones they like.

I love this dressing and so does my family! In fact, I love the entire Thanksgiving menu that Ray put together with these "muffins." My family agrees it is the best Thanksgiving meal I have ever made -- and I am a very good cook!

These stuffin muffins are amazing! I have made them every year for Christmas for the past few years - and my family typically hates stuffing. They are packed full of flavor - not dry at all!

I use bread slices and just tear them up into small cubes instead of buying the pepperridge stuff. It works just as well or you can put the bread pieces in the oven for a few minutes, spread on a cookie sheet, to lightly brown them just a bit like the pepperridge bread. As for them tearing apart, I had that problem too but I just started squishing more of the stuffing into the scoop to make it stick better. Don't squish it too hard or you will end up with a mess. Hope this helps.
