Looks great, but haven't made them yet. Does anyone know ifthis recipe uses regular size muffin tins or the Jumbo ones?

Ever since I saw Stuffin' Muffins on Rachel's show, I have made them every year! I exchange the stuffing with basic stove top and follow everything else. They are a hit because of the unique and fun individual size! Nobody gets stuck with the soggy portion of the stuffing because each muffin top crisps just enough for every person. Perfect for leftovers too!
I have been asked for this recipe time and time again.

I made these the last two years and they were EXCELLENT! I have been asked to make them for some vegetarian guests this year. Has anyone tried that? Do you simply use veg. broth and different spices? Any recommendations are greatly appreciated!

I made this last year in a baking dish instead of the muffin pan and it came out perfect. It is pretty dummy proof. Everyone loved it.

These are absolutly the best! If you make them correctly, they come out perfectly moist on the inside and crunchy on the top. Put a spoonful of gravy on top and ....YUM! Imake mine early in the day and then reheat them with the rest of my sides. Perfect every time.

I haven't made it in a 9X13 pan...sorry. What I did was I cooked all the veggies in a large skillet and then I mixed the stuffing cubes and the veggies together in a large bowl and then I scooped it out to make the muffins. I am almost positive that it'll come out just as delicous if you make in in your pan. Try it...it's really really, really tasty. The difference will be that not everyone will have the crispy part that we love...but no big deal. This recipe is a hit..it's quick, it's not that expensive and it's soooo good! I cut my apples a little smaller than the picture so that people taste the apples but not quite know what it is.

I used this recipe to create a twist on the classic stuffing I make. I usually use eggs in my stuffing, so I made this addition and followed the rest of the recipe as is. I did not make the stuffing into muffing, just baked it in a casserole dish and it turned out perfect!

My husband and I really liked these. They tasted good and I like the idea of making the individual serviings so everyone gets the crunchy part of the stuffing
