I made these to bring in the New Year with a bunch of other snacky breakfast foods. These were out of the world. I love the flavors of the steak seasoning and the cinnamon. Excellent! I love the idea of making a bunch and having them in the freezer. I highly recommend this recipe.

I've never even thought of makeing my own sausage even after several years of watching food network. I was shopping and couldn't remember what kind of meat was used but since you can never go wrong with pork that's what I got. The sausage was off the chart but the scrambled eggs and cheddar cheese kind of brought it down.

I really liked this recipe and so did my husband, but next time, I would make this into 6 patties instead of 4 since we thought they were too thick. Other than that, yummy.

I made these a few months ago with Turkey, I prefer that to chicken...They were awesome...really tasty and fragrant when cooking...I wasnt familiar with Montreal Seasoning until this recipe...Make sure you chop the apple small...I ran across this recipe again and plan to make these , and let them sit up a bit before cooking, for New Years morning...You'll be surprised how delicious these are...

This was a hit at my house! Like others recommended, I made 6 patties instead of 4, which worked out perfectly. Plus, I fried the eggs instead of scrambling. Served along side some breakfast potatoes, it was a delicious meal!

This is a great recipe. Ground chicken is something I use alot of, but never thought of making sausages with it. This is an easy dinner but I think it a bit heavy for breakfast. The sweet and savory tastes are fantastic together. I had to use pancake syrup in place of the maple and everything tasted great.

Fantastic recipe for house guests or a holiday breakfast.
