    Made this last night for our New Year's Eve appetizer - it was so easy and SO good! I didn't use the calvados - didn't have any on hand and I halved the recipe since there were just two of us. Served with sliced granny smith apples and lightly toasted 5 grain baguette from Publix - it was awesome!!!
