A bit sweet for my taste, but my kids enjoyed!

Great recipe, but will use more tender kind of chicken next time, as my chicken was kind of tough. But great sauce.

Initially, the taste was overpowering with sweetness. Next time I reduce the amount of apricot jam I put in the recipe.

I love this recipe as it has plenty of taste but yet is simple to do. Does not require large investment of time to complete.

I was never much for mixing fruit and meat - but this dish really is fantastic. Sweet and slightly tangy - if you like sweet & sour dishes, you should enjoy this. I reduce the quantities a bit to cook for two or three, but the recipe itself is quick and simple. Served over basmati rice, we had an instant family favorite. I've made it many times since.

I was a little tentative on this one. It looked good on TV, but the apricot thing kind of made me hesitate. I thought it was going to be sweet, but it was a little tangy and really tasty. I liked this one a lot, especially with the potato latkes on the side. It's a keeper!

I agree with others, use half the stock and the corn startch to get a nice sauce. It is sweet, but I like sweet things. I paired mine with couscous and oven roasted vegetables. It was a hit.

My five-year-old loved this and asked if she could have the rest for breakfast the next day! Needless to say, we will be making this one again and again. Very easy to do. Thank you!
