I couldn 't get into this recipe. It was just weird with the onion and the apricots. My mouth didn't know what to think about this combo.

This is a little bit of heaven!! The apricots are not too sweet and it's great with rice. Great job Rachael; I never would have tried this had it not been for you! This is really yummy!!
