So good!!! I did add ground cumin because I always add cumin to any chili I make. I also added a can of chopped tomatoes. The Chimichurri was the bomb could eat that with a spoon.

OMG! This is so good, and yet so simple. I modified a bit: used 1 lb each of ground sirloin and chorizo (since I LOVE chorizo. Also needed to use red pepper flakes since no fresh chiles available. This is delicious, and I'll be sending to my foodie friends. Also added can of black beans as suggested by other reviewers. More like chile that way!

Delicious !! Made a few changes .. omitted the chili pepper, added drained canned small red beans, let it simmer for longer than directed (about an hour, and added half of the chimichurri in the chili .. Made for an office potluck and it flew. Loved it !!

wondeful, one of the best chillis i have ever had!Beware the chimichurri has a VERY strong flavor so I mix it in instead of leaving on top. I also added black beans. I will make this again soon-LOVE IT!!
