    I actually forgot to pick up some asiago from the market, so I used what I had on hand - swiss. I know, I know but they were still oh-so-good! I sprinkled a bit of italian seasoning on the swiss before I added it to the tops. Yummy yum!

    I made this for a party on new years and they were a hit!

    Everyone kept asking me for the recipe and they looked amazingly elegant.

    MAde these for a New Years party, not such a big hit. I think they needed more cooking time face down to drain some of the liquid from the mushrooms.

    My guests insisted I submit a review of this recipe, and gave me the title! The artichoke / parmesan stuffing - zipped up with garlic and nutmeg was delicious. I added a couple extra cloves of garlic, which they approved. The melted Asiago balanced the flavors and added a delightful balance. Mmmmmmmm!!!

    Great bursting flavor. Quick & Easy, can be prepared ahead of time or while entertaining guests. Not your average stuffed mushroom.

    The flavors were fantastic, but it needed another 10 minutes in the oven for the cheese and artichokes to really melt and fuse together!
