This salad was so easy to make! My guests could not stop talking about how wonderful it was. I followed the recipe to the letter, but I added fresh-sliced red pepper for color and some mushrooms. Awesome! It's definitely a keeper!!

I just made my version of this salad.....spinach with mushrooms, toasted pine nuts and sundried tomatoes. The dressing is simple, yet amazing. I don't like blue cheese so I subbed in feta cheese and it was unbelievable!!!!

You wouldn't think a simple recipe like this could be soo good, but it is. My family loves it - no matter how big the salad, there are never any leftovers! You absolutely have to toast the walnuts though, otherwise, it falls a little flat.

I had never tried arugula before this recipe. Now my grocery store can't keep enough of it in stock! I LOVE this salad! When I'm trying to lose a few pounds I either leave out the nuts or spend some extra time on the treadmill, usually the latter since I love the crunch and flavor of the walnuts. :o

I love how Rachel Ray's recipes are so easy to make. This is now our salad of choice. I make this so often that I don't even read the recipe anymore. If you don't like blue cheese by now, you will!

I used pecans instead of Walnuts - good salad and I liked the Arugula taste with the Romaine. Will use again!

It is easy and delicious. I tried on two different occasions; people just loved the salad. I used spinach instead of arugula; my friends could not say enough good things about it.
