LOVE this recipe. People beg me to make it again after trying it. Even my very picky 14-year-old nephew said, "This is probably the weirdest thing I've ever eaten. But it's also one of the best things I've ever eaten." Enough said!

The Mango Salsa was absolutely the star of this meal. It's amazing, and it pairs well with the flavors in the pork spice rub. I had trouble with the Frankie Wraps, but they may have been easier if I had seen this episode. I gave up on them after two and just ate the pork and salsa with a fork. It was delicious!

I have been cooking this for years. I saw Racheal cook it on her show years ago and it has been a summer favorite every sense. It is impressive to guests and that salsa makes it sing. Don't skip a step it all comes together perfectly. This is a can't miss and is worth the prep time ummmmm good.

Never heard of Frankie Wraps but Frankie's a genius. Great use for leftovers -- I had some teriyaki pork tenderloin on the rare side, so thinly sliced & added RR's marinade to reheat in oven. Fresh sweet salty spicy salsa went great & now new fan of the Fwrap (will reuse that idea. Tasty healthy quick...lil something we all need more of.

Awesome recipe, but the prep time was way off.

I made this ahead of time for our book swap and it was very flavorful. I didn't have time to do the scallion wraps, so we served the sliced pork and mango salsa with hawaiian rolls. I'm looking forward to trying it with the wraps next!

Simply the best!! Someone should serve this in their restaurant - they'd make a million in no time. Instead of putting the pork in the oven, I cut it up and coated it the the 5 spice recipe and stir fried it with some bok choy and spinach and cut up cashews.

excellent dish- the 5 spice powder with the mango salsa makes this a dish I have prepared many times. It is great without the tortilla. just slice roast and top with salsa. yumo

I made this for my husband exactly how it was made on TV. It was very delicious and my husband liked it too. I liked the egg and scallion mixture on the tortillas.
