These were a hit at a potluck, as well as for dinner and lunch the next day!

We tried this for the Super Bowl and were very pleased with the great flavor of this sauce. It was a welcome change from the standard buffalo-type sauces. I made this again a few days later but, rather than coating wings, I used it to coat a pork roast. It was just great.

These were good. Because I like ginger, I left the ginger in which I had chopped medium/fine. I did find that the 20 minute bake time was not enough. At 20 minutes the skin was soggy (I got the nauseaus quiesies, therefore I placed the wings and baked them for a while (can't remember exactly how long until they were crisped and sauce was better absorbed. Will make again, but will still search for the perfect wings. I have found wings that are pretty perfect - in Taste of Home magazine a years back, called Hawaiian Chicken Wings. These are the BOMB!!.

This is so far the best chicken wings I've ever made. It took me more than 30 mins. to make but it was worth the wait. I cut up the chicken wings into two parts before frying them unlike RR when she did it in her show. It cooks better this way.Even my husband who hates ginger didn't notice it in the sauce.I will definitely make it again especially for the holiday season.

These wings were really good and a piece of cake to make. Although it took longer than 30 minutes, it was well worth the wait. They are a tasty, quick snack that the whole family can enjoy!
