Will I ever be as good as Rachel Ray? Probably not. I couldn't get the sauce to gel as quickly as she did on the show, but nonetheless, it was an excellent quick meal and I was able to cook it in just about 35 minutes. Not quite the 30 on the show, but then again, I had a few more interruptions than she did. Overall, if you're looking for a sweet and tangy chicken dish that is easy to prepare, this is a good one.

My husband loves to order these for lunch at work and when we saw Rachel make these...he wanted to go to the store right away and get the ingredients to make them. So, for Father's Day we had them for lunch. They were absolutely delicious. He took the leftovers to work the next day and let his co-workers try it....and they wanted the recipe. It did take longer than 30 minutes to make them...but who cares. They were well worth the extra few minutes. Thanks Rachel.

This was delicious! I used a combination of hoison and sweet and sour sauce instead of plum sauce and it was FABULOUS! Taste is better after it cools a bit. I served it for dinner over rice with veggies - big hit with my husband. I will definitely make again - Yummy!!!

I made these wings for a party and they were a huge hit. I got so many compliments on the wings. I don't eat chicken, but according to my guests, these wings are finger lickin' good. Make this recipe!

I made these this past week and my hubby and I both loved them and he usually does not like chicken wings. I used all drummettes and I grated the ginger. Rachael came through for me again! I just got the new cookbook too and it is great! Thanks Rachael!

This glaze was even better on a pork tenderloin, cooked in the exact same fashion as the wings.
