Was quick to prepare, but the taste was a bit lacking for me - the bell pepper was really the only thing that made it taste good. Perhaps it is because I subbed hoisin sauce for the sweet-hot mustard, but I'm pretty sure that using the mustard would've just resulted in the same dish but spicier. It was also unappetizing to look at, since the sauce made everything a dull shade of brown.

Prepared it exactly as written and was utterly underwhelmed. This recipe (verbatim lacked complexity and depth of flavor. After adding a hefty amount of Thai peanut sauce, sriracha chile sauce, garlic and cilantro, it was finally edible (and quite good! I understand that it went from primarily Chinese to Thai with the modifications, but they were, in my family's opinion, necessary to rescue the dish.

This recipe is very easy and simple to make. Chop everything before cooking for easy dump and cook flow. All the flavors together were just wonderful. All in all a

I used a 6 cup bowl for the sliced pork (previously grilled, leftovers chopped up an equal amt fresh vegs then followed the recipie pretty closely( I used Thai rice noodles 16 oz dry I put the sauce in the fry pan to deglaze @ 1 min then put it on the pork, veg mix over the noodles. It was GREAT. 4 of us ate it all. I will make it again.

Very easy to make and tasty.
    My advice:
This dish goes so fast -- chopped all ingredients before you start.

I thought that this dish was delicious. It has a good amount of spice but not over doing it. The combo of veggies is great with the pasta and sauce. Excellent!!!

Great, great taste! I have to admit it took me more than 30 mins, but it was certainly not complicated and well worth it! Just perfect as is, no tweaks needed. My family loved it.
