I love to cook and try new dishes. Rachael Ray has become my favorite chef and a true inspiration toward my journey into the cooking business.

I love Rachael's take on this recipe! I have tried many types of Noodle dishes from local Asian Resturants but none of them are as wonderful as Rachael Rays!! The only change that I made was that I added some squash because it is a family favorite.

Thank You Rachael for another great dish!

This dish was good but it took way more time than the recipe stated. Of course, it was a bit too spicy for my family's liking...so I will probably tone it down the next time I make it...but I did enjoy it enough to make it again despite the timeliness of it.

Great recipe, you can totally play around with it depending on your likes and dislikes.

I used chicken instead of pork (could use tofu too

I got all my veggies from the salad bar at the grocery store.. all ready cleaned and cut up and a lot cheaper

I used Asian noodles instead of linguine (available in the Asian food section of your grocery store

I added hoisin into the sauce and elinimated the sesame seeds

This was way too hot for anyone in my family. I'm not going to give up on it though, I will play around with the recipe.

It was very easy to amke but I added more vegies and added garlic too. The tamari sauce and sweet hot mustard were impossible to find so I used a light version of soy sauce.
