Made this for dinner tonight and my husband just loved it. I used some Japanese noodles from the produce section and added some sugar snap peas. I did it with pork, but will try beef the next time.

This recipe was delicious and easy!
I had to substitute tiny shrimp for the pork and orange pepper rather than the carrots and it was sooooo good!

As usual, Rachel made this unbelieveable asian dish! She deserves all the airtime she gets!

This was super easy to make and took hardly any time at all. I used light soy sauce instead of tamari because that's what i had on hand... and snow peas instead of bean sprouts. Added Mccormick's Schewan seasoning blend. Tasted great! Makes PLENTY.

This dish was so good and so simple to make. You can easily find all the ingredients in the store. I can't believe we ate it all. Yum!

Takes a bit longer than 30 mins the first time you make it, but everybody loved it -- even the kids. Needless to say there were NO leftovers!
