I'm always looking for different ways to dress up veggies. This was so fresh and delicious. I thought the lemon would be too tart, but the parm mellowed it out (use a good one!. I didn't add the tomatoes since it is winter and they are gross right now. I also didn't use the feta and didn't miss it.

Wonderful salad, and as a previous reviewer stated, make extra....the leftovers make a GREAT pesto to pour over pasta or grilled chicken.

As I watched the program (and the picture by this recipe there is a topping of cheese. There is no mention of it on the recipe itself though. I would like to know how much cheese to top it with.

I didn't have asparagus, so I made it just with beans, we all enjoyed it for lunch!

Very Good. My Whole Family Loved It. I Made It Without The Cheese And It Was Still Great! Made It Twice Already!

I made this for a dinner party and it was well received. I did find the cutting instructions after the veggies were cooked, to be time consuming and a bit confusing. I ended up just cutting all of the veggies on an angle.

this recipe was really easy and tasty! I didn't use the romano sub'd it for feta. Then the next day I blended up the salad and added a little milk. It was a great over some sliced potatoes cooked with garlic, cilantro and basil. Talk about presentation!! A must try
