    I made this for a dinner party of 11, I just doubled the recipe. It has a strong flavor at first but it grew on me and I couldn't stop eating them. Yummy.

    Great salad,...the best part is leftovers ...put in food processor and pour over hot pasta, serve at room temp. Thanks Rachel !

    The freshness of this salad JUMPS OUT at you! It is a little more difficult to make than opening a bag of mixed salad and topping w/ dressing.
    It is well worth the work, this one is.

    I am NOT a cook but thought this was so easy, even I could make it. I was right - and it is delicious and pretty! Great for company or for the family. I watched this episode twice and Rachel forgot to mention puting crumbled feta cheese on top on her printed recipe. Yum!
