I took this to a family gathering, so weight-conscious adults woul;d have something to snack on while the kids munched out on potato chips, Doritos, etc. Surprise! The grownups barely got to taste it! When the kids ran out of asparagus and green beans, they used chips and bruschetta to scoop up the dip! My sisters watched in awe-- their kids hate veggies.

We do use low-fat mayo to cut fat. Fresh tarragon is a must. Great for cocktail parties, Saturday afternpoon DVD-watching, *any* time you want a fast, delicious, healthy snack!

I served this dish at my annual Oscars event and it was a huge hit! I made the dip the night before to let the flavors mix overnight. Will definitely serve this again!

Great veggie dish to accompany just about anything, or as a quick appetizer at a party!

This is good dip. The mayo is a little heavy but has great flavor.

I never bought fresh tarragon until I bought it for this recipe. It was GREAT! The lemon and tarragon flavor is unique, tastes gourmet, and takes no time at all. My kind of recipe!
I made it a few weeks ago and am craving it again...LOVE the fact that it is a dip and fun to eat with your fingers.
