I made these, without the blue ones, because I couldn't find them. I used yellow gold, red, and white. It tasted great. Wasnt very good reheated because the cream seperates from the butter and doesnt look as pretty! So it's not a make a day ahead dish..It didn't take long at all to make so you can make it on thanksgiving day in no time!

East, fast, and ohhh so tasty.
What a difference the herbs make! We also added a few sweet potatoes to make for another interesting color, and taste. Whole family is raving!!

This dish was so easy and tasted great. I particularly liked the colors of the various potatoes. It was a nice change. My only complaint is the extra miles that I had to walk the next day!!

This recipe is great! So easy, too. It took longer than 35 minutes to bake, about 45-50. I will definately make this again.

The cream infused with herbs adds a wonderful difference. I don't think we will ever have mashed at Thanksgiving dinner again.

Awsome alternative to the old stand by - mashed potatos! My husband and I are having Thanksgiving at our home this year and we tried this dish last night! Bye Bye mashed potatos and hello Autumn Potato Gratin!
    Thanks Rachael
P.S. We also tested the Pumpkin Soup with Chili Cran-Apple Relish. A must have for the holidays!!
