This recipe was super easy to follow and to make. The potatoes came out awesome. They have been added to our traditional Thanksgiving and Christmas Eve Dinner.

This might be an "autumn" dish, but I made this as part of my Easter dinner. It went over so well with everyone! No more regular scalloped potatoes here! I used red and white baby potatoes, and sliced them thin; still took a little longer to bake than what called for, but the flavor is to die for! Thanks for a WONDERFUL recipe

I love this recipe, though I just use regular old potatoes. I also leave in the big garlic chunks, because they're good, too.

The potatoes need to be cooked before combining them with the cream. I cooked the dish for 1 hour and they still were not done. The flavor was good, though.

I made this for Thanksgiving and Christmas Eve. It was a big hit. EVERYBODY loved it. One of my guests skipped dessert to eat the rest of the potatoes and she just kept munching on a potato throughout the night. I had requests to make it to every family function I attend. Thank you so much.
