My 11 y.o. daughter makes this salad and we ALL love it...even Grandma and grandpa were impressed! Thanks Rachel!

The dressing was a little bit on the sweet side for my tastes, so I'll probably use less of the marmalade next time (or find a fresher, less sugary version. This was a nice twist on a spinach salad--and super easy!

This salad was very delicious! I added spring gardens to the baby spinach and a few sliced almonds. I just love the marmalade. I will make this salad a part of my salad dish for dinner!

I was looking for something new and different and tried this salad for the first time last week. It was scrumptious! I've made it twice since then and will continue making it often.
