Wonderful, easy salad to make. I didn't have baby spinach, so just coarsely chopped regular spinach. The dressing was nice and the onions and mandarin oranges added nice taste. Thanks, Rachel, for yet another great recipe!

This was a great little salad; the dressing was very tasty. I had some dressing left over, it was thicker & even better the next day!

I was very happy with this recipe. It was nice and light but very flavorful. We made Citrus balsamic glazed salmon and both complimented each other very nice.

Made this for a dinner party, and it was a HUGE hit...the salad itself was a great combination (I also added sliced mushrooms and almonds, and everyone loved the dressing -- this will become a regular for me!

I really liked this for a change in taste and presentation. This salad was a nice addition to hamburgers and traditional meals to celebrate with.
