    This dish is very easy to make and enjoyed by both men and women. The sweet contrasted nicely with the spicy. Very elegant and drew raves from dinner guests.

    I MADE THIS FOR A DINNER PARTY, IT WAS VERY GOOD. I DID NOT PUT ALL THE ONIONS IN AND I ADDED SLICED ALMONDS. I WOULD ALSO CONSIDER ADDING MUSHROOMS NEXT TIME. OH, I ALSO PUT A LITTLE MORE RED WINE VINEGAR THAN WHAT IT CALLED FOR, ALL AND ALL IT WAS A VERY GOOD SALAD, EVERYONE LIKED IT ALOT...
