Loved it! We used ham instead of bacon. Very creamy and rich.

Sort of boring. It's something I could have come up with on my own. It lacks in flavor but might be better for breakfast when tastebuds want something mellow.

I've made crepes before, but this is the first time I incorporated meat. My boyfriend LOVED them, and they were relatively easy. The only thing I recommend is making sure not to put too much oil on the pan when cooking the crepes. A little bit goes a long way.
