Cooked as directed - broiled for 2-3 minutes to crisp up bacon, and served immediately - great way to serve aspargus.

The only thing I can say is my husband who does not like asparagus loved it and even my 3 year old ate 5 and was bumming mine. Make sure to use the center cut bacon I didnt and the bacon came out gummy not crisp.

This is a simple recipe. Gives the meal a great presentation. I used the leftovers to make an omlette the next day... Perfect.

I had my brother in law over one night and tried these bundles. They were easy and they were great. I had made some hollandaise sauce and I never found the need for it. I will definately do this recipe again and again.

We did this on the grill, and like several others found the bacon was not crispy enough. Solved that problem by pre-cooking the bacon prior to wrapping asparagus spears, or you can use the pre-cooked bacon to wrap, works very well! Absolutely the best taste!

I made these for my wedding anniversary. They were fantastic and so easy to make. It only took me 5 minutes to prepare them and 15 minutes to cook them in the oven. The combination of the bacon and asparagus flavors together is a wonderful combination. I think we've found a new favorite dish that will accompany any meal and give it some real class! Thanks Rachel... you're the best!!!
