Very easy, watch them closely on the grill, they shrink very quick.

This was good and easy and looked nice too; however, when baked in the oven, the bacon does not cook near enough for our tastes. Next time, I will halfway cook the bacon prior to wrapping the asparagus or place on the grill.

I agree you need to partially cook the bacon if that's what you are using instead of prociutto. I grilled this dish and asparagus was done, but bacon wasn't crisp. Tried to finish in the microwave, overcooked the asparagus. Flavor was fantastic, preparation was a little off. I would suggest using a little thicker stalk of asparagus to hold up to the cooking time.

I used two slices of bacon around each slice instead of one. Also, I took mine out of the oven a bit too soon. I should have cooked it longer because the bacon wasn't quite crisp enough. This was so good and so easy!

I am always looking for a healthy, tasty green vegetable to serve at my dinner parties. This one is IT!!! I used turkey bacon and kept all of the flavor and none of the fat of real bacon--and on the grill or in the oven, it doesn't matter if the tukey bacon doesn't cook crispy. Nothing worse than undercooked bacon!!! Yummy recipe!!!

My 13 year-old daughter has shown an interest in cooking so she tried this recipe. It was very easy follow and prepare. She even cooked it on the outdoor grill on a piece of aluminum foil so the spears would not fall through. It serves a quick side dish and will dress up any meal.

We grilled on the outdoor grill rather than inside - excellent. I chopped up the leftovers into shredded frying hashbrowns-flipped and added srambled eggs to the mixture, cheese till done - excellent
