These go great with almost any dish. I have made them several times with turkey bacon and even pancetta instead of regular bacon.

It was easy, fast and looked great on the plate! Best of all, it tasted great too. I used the really thin stalks with more in a bunch and it worked out great. I also cooked it a bit longer and it didn't matter.
