For asparagus lovers this is a nice change of pace. Easy to prepare on indoor small grill and very tasty with most anything.

Great! I cooked the bacon a bit for grilling and it came out nice and crispy. I cooked the bundles on my grill pan and they came out great!

I've never been a huge asparagus fan, but this was really good and tasty. The only thing different I did to the recipe was that when it was done being bake the bacon wasn't crispy enough for me so I broiled each side for an additional minute and voila it was done. Keep your eyes on them for you don't want them to burn. I'm going to have them again tonight.

My family loves asparagus! And this was great. We did them on the outdoor grill which was great, but the bacon caused a slight flare up! But we will make them many times to come.

I prepared this as a side to go with a low-carb almond chicken dish I prepared for my boyfriend's birthday dinner. It was so quick and simple that the taste of it surprised me. The oiive oil helped to give the asparagus a nice color. The bacon definitely gave the asparagus a great flavor that was in no way overpowering and the pepper and chives actually balanced it all.
My boyfriend said he was afraid to eat it because it was so pretty, but it was the first thing he ate from his plate. So good!
I had to cook the asparagus a little longer than the 12 minutes as stated. I have a relatively new oven, so I'm not sure if that had anything to do with it, but after the 12 minutes, I broiled the asparagus on both sides for 2-3 minutes each. It came out perfect.

I never liked asparagus growing up. In my 20's I would eat canned asparagus once in a while but after trying this easy, quick and simple method, I know I'll be eating this a lot more often. The bacon flavor is so nice with the veggie and I was amazed at the nuttyness of the roasted asparagus. What a nice change, from the everyday boring stuff. I've told everyone I know about this and Rachels show's.

This recipe was absolutely wonderful. It was so easy to prepare. What a great flavor the bacon adds to the slightly crunchy asparagus. I went a bit crazy and added 2 slices of bacon! Don't miss out on this!
