My husband is always very appreciative of my efforts in the kitchen but I have to admit- it's been a while since I've hit a homerun with a new recipe. Had googled chicken breast recipes and was happy to see that I had all the incredients for this one. As soon as he took his first bite- he excitedly proclaimed- "Oh yeah- this one's a keeper!" Followed the recipe to a tee except added some mushrooms to the sauce. Fabulous! Might try with prociutto next time as the bacon was a little less done than I would have liked but it tasted wonderful non the less. Not sure what Plano's Bootscobler was talking about except the calories. But hey- life is short- bon appetit!

Absolutely delicious! This recipe is my family's favorite. My son was wary of the mustard sauce but after tasting it he said "This is so good I can just drink it!"

this was great. I could taste the pecans and they added a great flavor. The blue cheese wasn't to overpowering. The sauce...very very good. Thanks

Delicious. Next time I will use cooking twine instead of toothpicks. It didn't stay together.

I just made this dish today. It was actually a lot more work than you think and with the amount of time I spent, I'd expect a super awesome taste. The presentation is pretty nice but the taste was nothing to rave about. This dish is very very heavy and I feel like I am about to get a heart attack from it's unhealthy ingredients. Sorry guys but I was pretty disappointed. I have tried several recipes here and most of them turned out great. RR' recipes had been either hit or miss. If you want to gain weight quickly, make this dish.

This was perfectly deliciously tasty!!! So easy and so flavorful. I just used yellow onion instead of scallions. worked great! I served it with pasta and put some of the sauce on the pasta. Yum.

Absolutely delicious! I used caramelized onions vs. scallions and added a little gorgonzola and white wine to the sauce, finished with a garnish of sliced red grapes and chopped chives. Served with Herb Roasted Potatoes and Parmesan Roasted Broccoli. Great recipe!

So yummy! I only had sugared pecans on hand and they were a special treat in this dish. This recipe certainly makes weeknight chicken special.

I love this one, so easy and tasty. I also tried it with brie cheese (the peppered one from Blue Heron Cheese in Tillamook, OR. It was equally as good.
