We grilled inside on our foreman which was great for getting rid of the bacon grease. It is a little dry and could use something else for moisture, we served with rice.

These are good but kind of odd...My family enjoyed them but to me they were like a meaty kind of dessert thing! Ha, IDK how to explain it...

I love this dish! It is so quick and easy to make and everyone in my house loves them. I actually tricked my kids into trying them. They don't like shrimp but they love these little bites. They last about 5 minutes at my house.

I looked liked a champ bringing these to a Christmas Party last night. They went fast! I used thick center cut bacon. I peppered the bacon with coarse black pepper. They grilled up perfectly!Yum!

This was excellent. I served with with 3 per person, crabcake, garlic mashed potatoes, and asparragus for dinner just last night. So easy to make also! Thanks so much Rachel Ray for this recipe.

When I saw these being made I thought the looked so wonderful but then when i tried it didn't work out too well. I had a number of problems, the bacon didn't seem to cook all the way through, and it was difficult to get the pineapple and shrimp to stay together, and i felt that the bacon over powered the shrimp and even the pineapple.

This was a wonderful recipe and was easy to follow. The finished product reminded me or a Hawaii Pizza. The bacon was crisp, the pinapple had the bacon flavor and was full of juice and the shrimp was just nice and pink!!!

This really sounds better than it tastes. Its not bad, but if your one that likes the taste of shrimp your not going to find it with this recipe since the bacon overpowers the subtle taste of the shrimp.
Personally I can think of a lot of other dishes I rather use my spendy jumbo shrimp with, so I wont be making it again.

Suffices; but not too great. Needs something extra.
