I made these for our Super Bowl party and they were a huge hit. My husband popped one in his mouth and his eyes rolled back in his head! For those who had trouble with them staying together-make sure you use a large enough shrimp (mine were 21-25 ct and a small piece of pineapple (I used canned chunks. Wrap the bacon securely-even stretch it a little and stick the toothpick through the back of the shrimp, through the pineapple and through the bacon on the other side. Very simple and very yummy. These I will make again and again!

This was awesome, my 2 year old son even loved them. I used 2 toothpicks per shrimp criss crossing them through the shrimp. They held together well and I also added a little cracked black pepper sprinkled on top. Very good and so easy to do.

This is great! I made them as kabobs and served them over a rice pilaf. They are a family fovorite.

I gave this recipe 5 stars because not only does it taste great, it is also really easy to make. Tastes good without the pineapple as well!

This was so quick and easy to make. The taste is fantastic! Bacon and pineapple go really well together with the shrimp. My boyfriend and I were both thoroughly satisfied.

I made these for a pre-wedding cookout and everyone was looking forward to them when they saw me putting them together.
Once they got in the pan, though, it was a different story. When the shrimp were ready to be turned, it was hard to keep them bundled in the bacon! How frustrating was this? I don't know if Rachel had the magic touch or if there was some trick to preventing this, but I'm sure they would have been much more enjoyable for the guests and myself if they stayed in their places.
I was not impressed by this seemingly easy appetizer.

My husband Loved this stuff. I think ex-large shrimp are best the shrimp I got were(med-lgto small and the bacon wrapped around the shrimp a couple times. Making frying time longer. the peanut sauce was great with this. I would make it again. This was great with fried or plain rice.
