    I followed the advice given here and cooked the bacon a little before wrapping it around the shrimp (I didn't make the scallops. I also used a little lemon pepper seasoning and a little garlic salt on the shrimp. It was tasty and the bacon was fully cooked and crispy.

    This recipe just did not work for me. I also could not get the bacon cooked or crispy enough without overcooking the sea food. It was also pretty bland.

    Pretty good, if maybe you have to play withit a bit.

    Ingredient's are ok, cooking time combination is unreal-, Shrimp and Scallops are done way before the bacon.

    If you like raw, greasy bacon that's fine , however I feel that slightly cooking bacon ahead of time will bring things together at the same time.

    I made this for Christmas Eve. It was fast and easy to make and everyone loved it. How can you go wrong with shrimp, scallops & bacon.
