I thought this dish was excellent! I loved it just as written but I can also see spicing it up with some red pepper flakes. My family loved it including the little ones. Will be making this again and again.

This recipe is not only quick and simple but so delicious...i read some review before making this dish, and i took some advice by adding sundry tomatoes into the sauce and made it with rice instead of pasta...and it all turned out great!!! thanks Rachael!!!

I'm always looking for new fish recipes because it's a healthier choice but I don't think I'll be looking for quite a while now. This dish is so darn YUMMY that I would love to make it more than twice a month. Too bad I have to drive 2 hours to pick up my cod loins. I have tweeked it a few times with fresh lemon or fresh grated parmesan any way I serve it it always adds a WOW factor to the table. Rachael you're GREAT!!! Thanks

My 11 year old son loved it. I made it with pacific sole (cheap!. Added chopped, roasted red peppers (the kind that comes in a jar. Instead of angel hair I made dinner grits cooking the grits in btb chicken stock. It looked beautiful and tasted fabulous. Oh, topped it with a bit of fresh grated parmesean.

Threw some capers into the sauce and then sprinkled the top of the plated dishes with some crumbled feta. Was wonderful and the fish was just perfect.

My husband loved it! I don't eat fish, but he couldn't stop raving about it.
