Very simple main dish but definitely a crowd pleaser. I followed the recipie as is and everybody loved it. The only tweak that I made was that I used one block of mozzarella cheese cubed in the dish then put 8 0z of shredded mozzarella cheese on top. It makes a lot of food but I will absolutely be making this dish again.

this recipe is great. it was my first time making ziti and it turned out great. where it says you thin slice the cheese and put on top, i used about 1/2 what the recipe calls for. i definitely recommend this recipe. it's easy to make too.

This recipe was delicious and easy to make. My family LOVED it the only change I made to the recipe is that I used shredded mozzarella instead of block cheese.

This was good and a nice change- I used turkey and whole wheat pasta. Next time I'll add some red pepper flakes and maybe some veggies. I did the cubes and slices it wasn't that time consuming no more than shredding I don't think. I tought that was nifty and cool to do the cubes and next time I big spoon a few dolops of ricotta cheese throughout the layers. This made a ton and it kept good for a while. Everyone loved it!

I thought this recipe was delicious, and my family devoured it! I stuck to the recipe above for the most part, except that I used shredded skim mozzarella (much quicker than the blocks, I think, and added red pepper flakes for a kick. It was so good! I wasn't expecting this recipe to make quite so much, but I'm glad there was some left over for lunch the next day.

Nice Recipe. Used Italian turkey sausage and olive oil instead of butter. Also the shredded mozzarella is quicker and easier than using the blocks. Will try this again with some of the variations posted.

I loved this recipe. Using turkey instead of beef made it so it wasn't greasy. But still had great flavors.

It tasted nice, all ingredients balanced out nicely even though I thought the sauce might not be enough; when it was done cooking, it was just right. I left out about 1/4 of the cheese because it seem a little too much. Overall good Ziti recipe.

This recipe was amazingly easy and fast. Any flavor of Ragu can be used--in fact, I mix the flavors using Sweet Basil & Tomato Ragu with the Mushroom Ragu. II used 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef and 2 Italian sausage, plus I added 2 cans mushrooms, 1 T Parmesan Cheese, I green pepper saute with the onions. I used 1 3/4 bags of shredded Mozzarella instead of the blocks of cheese. Makes a LOT! Tastes even better as leftovers! This one is a real winner and SUPER FAST to make!

I subbed ricotta for some of the cheese (my family likes cheese alot. I really enjoyed the ground turkey! I didn't have a HUGE enough skillet so I used my wok. It worked rather well. This was a great dish and makes a TON! My dad stole most of the left overs to take home. My picky fiance even liked it!
