I was in charge of dessert for a Greek-inspired theme night. I chose these and they were a huge hit. Mine never got crisp like the picture, was more Baklava-like. But they were amazing.
I am back to email the guests the recipe!

This is divine! It's very beautiful and the presentation looks very nouveau. And it tastes incredible! My daughter said, "this is going beyond food-it is an experience"-we're trying to find G-rated words to describe it.
