I used only the balsamic recipe and it was awesome!! I made a healthier version of the recipe (by keeping the fruit raw, using all organic ingredients, and using coconut milk ice cream instead of dairy. I first put some Coconut Bliss brand ice cream (Vanilla Island flavor in a bowl. Then I put some mostly thawed frozen blueberries and strawberries on top of the ice cream. I then spooned a bit of the vinegar mixture on top and it was AMAZING!! I will be making this over and over for a delicious gourmet treat!!

This was easy and the flavors melted together for an easy and awesome way to use end of summer fruit.

I have made this recipe twice. It's an odd recipe with the basalmic vinegar and grilled fruit and generally I like odd...BUT, I could not get this recipe to come together flavor-wise. Disappointed...it sounded so wonderful in theory.

I think this is an excellent light dessert especially now for the coming warm/hot days of summer. And you can cook inside your air conditioned house in a pan that will show the grill marks on the plums.

This recipe for grilled plums is fantastic, and I make it all the time. It tastes great, and is an easy quick desert. Great for parties, or the summer.

I saw Rachel prepare tonight's dinner along with this dessert and I was excited to try it. I had nectarines in my frigerator so I gave them a try and this was definitely not bad. The balsamic vinegar gives it such a different flavor, something you might find in a very fine restaurant.
