Balsamic vinegar didnt add too much flavor. Love the garlic. Meat was abit tough and had to cook additinal 15 minutes.

This is the recipe that got me to eat pork. Great tasting and easy recipe. Just make sure you pre-heat your oven first as reaching 500 degrees takes some time.

I have made this recipe 3 times in the last month! My family can't get enough of it. It is so easy to make and the flavor is so sweet and savory. This can be served with so many sides. I plan to use it for a large dinner party soon. It is great as a left over on sandwiches.

I've made this recipe about 6 times now, and it has never failed (even using dry herbs rather than fresh. My husband and I both like our meat well-done, so I use a smaller tenderloin (just over 1 lb. but still cook it for 20 minutes. It still comes out amazingly moist and tender! As others have mentioned, letting the meat rest is an important step to prevent any dryness. All and all, this one's a keeper I'll make again and again.
