What a wonderful combination of flavors and so easy to prepare. Since my tenderloin was about 3 inches thick, I roasted it for 25 minutes then covered it in the foil I lined the pan with and let it rest for 10 minutes. It was moist and delicious. Next time I prepare this, I plan to also make Rachel's Balsamic Reduction sauce (minus the garlic since there's already plenty in the tenderloin that she uses for broiled lamb chops and serve it over rice pilaf or mashed potatoes.
    Thanks Rachel!

This recipe just did not excite us. The topping had too much pepper. The meat was flavorful, but I've had better. I would not make this recipe again.

I'm 15 years old and I have just started getting into cooking lately. My mom always makes pork, chicken, etc, but it was getting old always having the same thing and same marinade.

So I decided that I would look up a scrumptious recipe that the family would absolutely adore. The preparation was simple, and the final result was amazing. My family loved it!

This recipe was easy even for me, a beginner. Plus it is delicious. I did find that in my oven it took closer to 35min to cook through but not over cook. Thanks to the other viewer who sugested cutting-up potatoes in the bottom of the pan. They turned out great!

EXTREMELY easy, they were done in the time alloted, still juicy, and very flavorful. This along w/ the roasted ratatouille made a fabulous meal for guests!

This was extremely easy. We usually grill pork tenderloins, but it was raining, and I was at a loss as to what to serve my in-laws. No one ever would have known I had never made it before. Delicious.
